FEBRUARY Speaker Sherrie Gibson. Ms. Gibson most recently served as the State Party Vice-Chair for the Colorado Republican Committee. She organized the very first political, Young Republicans masquerade ball, has been celebrated at the White House along with the country’s other top African American leaders and has been a consummate innovator of Republican processes. Sherrie is an alumnus of Leadership Program of the Rockies and the Leadership Institute. She is a DC-trained political strategist and specializes in campaign communications and strategy. Sherrie has been a champion for expanding the party’s voter base. Ms. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University San Bernardino and a Master’s in Business Administration from Champlain College. Sherrie hails from Colorado Springs. She is a Navy Veteran and the proud wife and mother of two U.S. Marines.
